My brand new hot tub leaked when I first filled it. Right out from next to where the wires go in. Scary and frustrating. I was unable to get a hold of the barefoot spas warranty that morning (Sunday morning), but they did get back to me later that Sunday afternoon which was nice.

We purchased our barefoot spa for the upgraded ozone feature. We were told we wouldn’t have to put many chemicals in the spa, and with that, I was skeptical. My dad has a Barefoot Spa. I bought mine used in September from spa plus pool store. The install process for this hot tub was absolutely horrible. The installers were highly unprofessional, unprepared, and they even had to leave half way through because they didn’t have the tools they needed to get the job done. Our thing was we were closing on our new house at the time so they worked with us in terms of having the spa delivered when we wanted which was a few months later.
