The reps from Barefoot Spas were very helpful and we had great meetings with them. Our thing was we were closing on our new house at the time so they worked with us in terms of having the spa delivered when we wanted which was a few months later. They stored the spa for us in a local facility at no charge. The install was pretty quick, so was the delivery of the spa once we moved in. One thing I didn’t expect was the delivery driver could not hook it up for me. They said they were not electricians. SO, I did it myself. I hooked it up incorrectly at first and had to call Barefoot Spas warranty to get it sorted out. All is good. I didn’t have the ground wire hooked up properly. Just wish I would’ve known about the wire hook up issue ahead of time because I would’ve had time to source an electrician. Would’ve been nice to know don’t you think?
