We spent quite a bit of money on our Barefoot Spa

This was our first hot tub purchase. We spent quite a bit of money on our Barefoot Spa, but it included the cover and the delivery up on to our deck, where we have a great view of the mountains. We thought we would use it more in the cold, but its just too windy up on the deck most of the time,so we have to be careful. Even though it doesn’t get used by us in the winter as much, it still maintains temperature and does not cost much on our electric bill.

I remember the first time I called Barefoot Spas customer service, they took a little while to get back to me. When the girl called back, she apologized and kept apologizing. I told her if she keeps apologizing she will owe me something. A little sense of humor goes a long way with anything!

I had to call a few other times about how to drain it, and also how often to change the filter because I lost the manual. They’ve been great so far, and so has the hot tub. I am satisfied, and it has been overall a great experience dealing with Barefoot Spas for the past 3 years.
