My dad has a Barefoot Spa. I bought mine used in September from spa plus pool store. The install process for this hot tub was absolutely horrible. The installers were highly unprofessional, unprepared, and they even had to leave half way through because they didn’t have the tools they needed to get the job done. Then, they hooked it up wrong and blew a circuit in the board. THEN, they tried to get ME to pay for it!!?? Was pretty upset. They did end up fixing it next day because I raised hell and called the store manager.

Since the lovely installation incident, I’ve got the spa up and running with only minor (expected) repairs. The spa itself is great. I found a lot of resources online for advice on how to take care of it because I didn’t want to deal with the place where I bought it ever again!
