I researched on the internet at length about many different hot tub manufacturers. Barefoot Spas has been around quite a while, and they are a larger company. I wanted to make sure I would be covered with warranty and service after purchase, and so far I have been. I have owned my Barefoot Spa M series 77LM for 2 years now. The install was pretty good. Had a small issue with my property access but resolved it quickly with the help of a barefoot spa rep. I was worried I would have trouble getting a hold of my rep and the warranty/customer service, but it has been great so far. I haven’t had any warranty claim, but I did have to call about the electrical connection and the customer service rep got back to me quickly. Chemicals and ozonator is great. Very easy to use and maintain. I rarely put chemicals in the spa.
