My brand new hot tub leaked when I first filled it. Right out from next to where the wires go in. Scary and frustrating. I was unable to get a hold of the barefoot spas warranty that morning (Sunday morning), but they did get back to me later that Sunday afternoon which was nice.

Turns out a plumbing part needed to be fixed. They said it comes loose sometimes in shipping. I had no idea how to do it myself, and I don’t have the tool for it to tighten it. Long story short, with the help of my neighbor, barefoot walked us though over the phone how to tighten the pipe part because he had the right tool and he is really handy. Glad I was able to get this done myself because they said it would be 24 hours before they could get a repairman out to fix it.
