Have you ever seen the movie Happy Gilmore? In the flick, Adam Sandler’s character is a hockey player, trying to play golf. When he gets frustrated at the game, he sucks REALLY BAD (just like most people). After a while, he learns how to imagine himself in his “happy place”, and as a result, all the frustration and negative energy dissipates.

In the movie, Adam Sandler’s happy place (sort of dream land in his own mind) features his grandmother winning the lottery, a beautiful woman in lingerie with giant glasses of beer, and a midget riding a unicycle…? Not so sure about the last one, but we all have a happy place right? For me, my happy place is my spa. It is the one place where I cam be completely relaxed and escape from the stresses of the day. When I’m in my spa, nothing else matters. Even if that feeling only lasts a short while, my spa is worth every penny I paid for it!
