I had a Barefoot Spas years ago and now we have another one. The new one is better. It has more jets, a water purifier built in, and other features we like. The controls are really easy. The cover that goes on is thicker than the old one and its lighter too. The installation when pretty good, but they did not hook up the electrical. They denied they even said they would do it, so my husband had to deal with it. The man I spoke to was not very good at customer service, and he got rude on the phone when I asked him about the electrical and the wires. My husband figured out how to do it on his own, and other than that problem when we first got it, everything else has been pretty good.
