I remember the first time I called Barefoot Spas customer service, they took a little while to get back to me. When the girl called back, she apologized and kept apologizing. I told her if she keeps apologizing she will owe me something. A little sense of humor goes a long way with anything!
I had to call a few other times about how to drain it, and also how often to change the filter because I lost the manual. They’ve been great so far, and so has the hot tub. I am satisfied, and it has been overall a great experience dealing with Barefoot Spas for the past 3 years.
