I’ve heard of some people having problems with this company, but I have had none yet. Only good things to say here because my Barefoot Spa has been excellent. Got it delivered in a timely matter. Set up was quick and easy. No problems as of yet. I had an older model Barefoot at my old house. This one is even better. It’s the Barefoot Spas B7. Easier to take care of. The wife likes the lounge seat. I like the seat with the jets o the lower back. Great tub, great value, low maintenance, happy wife, happy life…
