Very basic bot tub, but we’re happy with the design and the way we can just soak in there. Its been easy to maintain. Our old tub fell apart after a year of use. This time we got one with a warranty to back it up. 2 years of heavy use, and it’s going strong so far with no major issues t speak of.

We wanted a little spa hot tub, and we got it. Its perfect for us. My wife and I use it all the time and we have a great spot for it on our deck next to our BBQ and table set. We upgraded the cover and thats it. Haven’t had to deal with warranty. Everything else has been fine.

My brand new hot tub leaked when I first filled it. Right out from next to where the wires go in. Scary and frustrating. I was unable to get a hold of the barefoot spas warranty that morning (Sunday morning), but they did get back to me later that Sunday afternoon which was nice.
Turns out a plumbing part needed to be fixed. They said it comes

We purchased our barefoot spa for the upgraded ozone feature. We were told we wouldn’t have to put many chemicals in the spa, and with that, I was skeptical. While it did take some getting used to, overall, I love this system! The water stays clear and balanced, and I don’t have to really do much. All I do is clean the filter

My dad has a Barefoot Spa. I bought mine used in September from spa plus pool store. The install process for this hot tub was absolutely horrible. The installers were highly unprofessional, unprepared, and they even had to leave half way through because they didn’t have the tools they needed to get the job done.
