Barefoot 77LP Spa Review
Damaged Spa Lid
Barefoot spa delivered me a broken and damaged lid with my tub. The box was ripped open and the lid had two big holes in the top of it. I waited for days and still didn’t get the new one. They supposed to ship it to me. They promise to ship me a brand new lid. Now they say it’s back ordered. I want money back and they wont do it. One time I called and had to leave a message on the machine. It took 45 minutes for a them to call me back. If I could do it again, I would not do it. I would buy my tub from somewhere else that took better care of customers!

Hi Martha. We want to buy the barefoot 77LP hot tub. Well, we are considering it. Sounds like you had some problems. Was it just with the cover damaged? Was the hot tub damaged? The hot tub didn’t come damage. Its the cover lid. Looks like it was on the side the road and ran over. Marks all over, and holes in it. We didn’t see it when they deliver the hot tub. Box was all torn up. They supposed to be shipping us a new one, still haven’t got it yet.
