We love our hot tub! This is the best purchase we’ve ever made for 2 main reasons. Both the benefits we’ve gotten out of this product, and the service we’ve received have been exemplary.

Service:
We bought the spa at a convention show that had all sorts of spas on display. We got to pick and choose the one we wanted. In the process, we met a gentlemen named Scott who works for the factory where the barefoot spas are built. This guy was awesome! He took care of my wife and I from beginning to end, and he even followed up with me after the sale which I thought was very nice. I have never had anyone do that before. We were actually having an issue we couldn’t figure out, and it was like Scott knew it! He called the same day we were getting ready to call the hotline to work through the issue. He saved us the time, and taught us a simple work around over the phone regarding the filter. Very very good job! Scott should get a raise!!!

Product benefits:
The name of the spa we purchased is the barefoot spas 77LM. It’s a 6 seater with 40 something jets. It has a lounge, lots of variety in the therapy seating, and deep tissue massage jets throughout. The lounge is outstanding. My wife and I both love it. The other seats, in particular the deepest seat in the corner, hit the pressure points and nerve endings in my back just right, and really do the job. You can customize the amount of water and power coming from the jets which is very nice. I normally start low and end up at full blast to really get in and massage the tissue in my mid to lower back. By the end of it, I am so relaxed I feel like a wet noodle!

I could go on and on about how every seat in this spa is amazing, but just know this: I’ve tried a few hot tubs in my day, and this one is by far the most affective in terms of therapy! It might not be the fanciest looking, (although it does have a very nice LED lighting feature), it doesn’t have a stereo built in, waterfalls, other bells and whistles, etc. Here’s the thing, I would trade functionality for looks any day! We considered one other spa with the extra features like I mentioned, but I thank myself every day I get in there that we decided to go with the feel not the look. At the end of the day, when it comes time to relax, that’s all that really matters!
