It has been a really good experience with our barefoot spas hot tub. This is our second barefoot tub and the old one we had it for a very long time; about 12 years. We order filters and other things we need online and that has been really easy. I’ve never had a problem with the shipping or long wait times. It usually shows up in 3-4 days every time. I called customer service the other day and they were also very helpful. The girl there works at the factory and she was very knowledgeable. My hot tub is a huge benefit, especially when I’m really sore or achy from getting old 🙂
