Charged Extra for Delivery

We wanted another Barefoot hot tub as our first one was a Barefoot and is still running strong on our since sold property. Only problem was we had a hard time finding a dealer near our new home, and when we did, we had to drive 2 hours away and they charged us extra for delivery. We are not happy about that part since we are repeat customers shouldn’t they give us discount? They didn’t seem to care in the store that we are repeat business, and the first guy we talked to at the store was very rude. 

At any rate, we still decided to make the purchase, and we got a good deal. We didn’t pay that much more for it then we did for our old one 7 years ago. The spa itself (the Barefoot Spas PB7) is a heck of an upgrade to what we had which was more of a mid grade one… (forgot the name) They are much more generous with the jets in this model, and the spa itself is more comfortable especially for me (I’m 6’4”). The deepest seat is a perfect fit for me. The neck jets are extremely powerful. I love it, and for the spa itself I give 5 stars, just can’t rate Barefoot overall with 5 because of the delivery and customer service issue. We’ll settle for 3.5. Overall, very very good spa.
